GetYourStubs is an online tool that generates pay stub documents in PDF format based on information you provide. The Service includes estimated tax calculations derived from publicly available federal and state tax rate schedules.

Documents generated by this Service are not official payroll records, certified financial documents, or substitutes for professional accounting or payroll services. Tax calculations are approximations and may not reflect your actual tax obligations.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use this Service or any documents generated by it to:

  • Deceive any person, lender, employer, landlord, government agency, or institution
  • Commit fraud, forgery, misrepresentation, or any other illegal activity
  • Apply for loans, mortgages, rental agreements, or lines of credit using fabricated or false information
  • Misrepresent employment status, income, or financial standing to any party
  • Create documents intended to impersonate any business or individual
  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Intended Use

This Service is intended for legitimate purposes only, including but not limited to:

  • Generating pay stubs for your own legitimate business or self-employment
  • Personal record-keeping and bookkeeping estimates
  • Educational and informational purposes

You are responsible for ensuring that all information entered into the Service is accurate and truthful.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and truthfulness of all information you enter into the Service
  • How you use any documents generated by the Service
  • Ensuring your use of generated documents complies with all applicable laws and regulations

GetYourStubs does not verify employment relationships, income figures, or personal information provided by users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that tax calculations are accurate or complete. The Service is not a payroll service, accounting firm, or tax advisor. You should consult a qualified professional for tax, accounting, or legal advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETYOURSTUBS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LEGAL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM MISUSE OF GENERATED DOCUMENTS, INACCURATE TAX CALCULATIONS, OR RELIANCE ON DOCUMENTS PRODUCED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Payment Terms

Certain usage tiers of the Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All sales are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Privacy

We collect and process limited data in connection with the Service:

  • IP addresses are collected for rate limiting and security purposes
  • Form data you enter is used solely to generate your pay stub PDF and is not stored after generation, except temporarily when a payment is pending
  • Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except as required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
